3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the following payment terms:
- Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the quality of our services, clients must:

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Gardener Kings Cross strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are responsible for:
- Accurate execution of services as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content created by Gardener Kings Cross remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal or business purposes only.

9. Governing Law
